Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 5 star customer service, price and workmanship. I recently used SJK for various plumbing works. The tradies were extremely polite and their work was outstanding. Not only was their work first class, in the process of completing the job they actually found a dangerous leak in our gas hot water - installed by another company over 10 months ago. SJK sent someone within 45 minutes to fix it and quoted me a very competitive price for the urgent works. Both the plumbers and gas fitters work was timely, efficient and competitively priced. I recommend this company for their price, efficiency, workmanship and great customer service. 5 stars!

Frequently Asked Questions

What qualifies as an electrical or plumbing emergency?

An emergency includes situations that pose a risk to your safety, property, or essential services. Common examples include power outages, loss of power, electrical faults, burst pipes, blocked drains, gas leaks, overflowing toilets, and hot water system failures.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency electrical and plumbing services in Brisbane?

Yes. SJK Collective provides fast-response emergency electrical and plumbing services across Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. Our team is available to assist with urgent issues when you need help most.

How quickly can an emergency electrician or plumber attend?

Response times vary depending on your location and the nature of the emergency. We always aim to prioritise urgent jobs and attend as quickly as possible to minimise disruption and damage.

What should I do if I have a power outage?

If the outage only affects your property, check your switchboard and safety switches first. If the issue persists or you notice burning smells, sparking outlets, or damaged wiring, contact an emergency electrician immediately. You could also check with your neighbour, to see if they have power at their property.

What should I do if a pipe bursts in my home?

Turn off your main water supply as soon as possible to prevent further water damage. Then contact an emergency plumber to assess and repair the issue safely and efficiently.

Can you help with blocked drains and overflowing toilets?

Yes. Our emergency plumbing team can assist with blocked drains, blocked toilets, overflowing fixtures, and other drainage issues to restore normal function and prevent further damage.

When should I call an emergency electrician?

You should contact an emergency electrician if you experience power loss, exposed wiring, electrical burning smells, sparking power points, tripping safety switches, or any issue that may present a safety risk.

Are your emergency electricians and plumbers licensed and insured?
